How we work with you

The multi-functional facilities we develop and finance are typically comprised of several different operations that come together to create a unique destination that caters to athletes and active individuals of all ages.
More specifically, we deploy capital to acquire land and/or develop facilities for our client partners. And in turn, we specialize in combining sports facilities with treatment and therapy practices. Facilities vary significantly depending on the multitude of objectives we define together with our clients for the project, but typically consist of the following elements:

Physical Therapy

  • Healthcare systems with an established physical therapy service line and multiple locations in a market.
  • Regional or national PT companies operating PT clinics independent of, or on behalf of, partner healthcare systems.
  • Single-market independent clinics with one or more locations in a market.

Orthopedics

  • Healthcare systems with an established orthopedics service line and multiple employed doctors in a market.
  • Fully integrated organizations that combine and consolidate independent orthopedists and orthopedic groups into a single group practice entity.
  • Large independent practices with 10 or more doctors.
  • Small independent orthopedic practices with less than ten doctors.

Sports Performance & Fitness

  • Sports performance and fitness entities generate significant traffic for the other entities in the building space. And ideally, these programs can be integrated into preventive care and post-rehab protocols.

  • We have long-standing and trusted relationships with two industry leaders:
    • Athletic Republic provides science-based, data-driven, small-group human performance training for competitive athletes of all ages at over 80 locations in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea.
    • Athlete Training & Health has collaborated with three of the largest healthcare systems in Texas to lead in the integration of sports medicine, sports performance and health.

  • Imaging, Family Care, Pediatrics, Cardiovascular, ASC

Youth and Adult Sports

  • Indoor court facilities for volleyball, basketball, cheer, etc.
  • Outdoor turf fields for soccer, football, lacrosse, etc.
