Daniel Cooper

Danny provides the thought-leadership to the partnership, and oversees all strategic relationships, long-term growth initiatives and overall strategy. Before helping to form Healthletic Partners, Danny spent nearly a decade with Dallas-based Athlete Training + Health serving in a variety of leadership roles influencing marketing, sales and operations. He managed the company’s move toward alignment with major healthcare systems as well as the company’s expansion into adult fitness and the brand transition from CES Performance to Athlete Training + Health.

Peter Barbaresi

Peter is a versatile turnaround and growth-oriented CEO, with experience leading small and mid-cap B2C and B2B products and services companies. He has led the sale of several companies on behalf of PE-backed ownership. Peter brings deep experience in the health, wellness and fitness space, and is actively advising/chairing multiple companies in their respective growth and scaling. Peter’s career started with several Fortune 1000 companies (P&G, Nestle Purina, Taco Bell and Mattel), segueing to leadership positions with smaller companies the last several years. He is a graduate of Williams College and resides in Orange County, CA.

Erich Wefing

Erich Wefing founded Wefing Design Studio in 2010. The studio has a diverse portfolio of project types with a focus on Sports Performance and Healthcare. Erich worked on institutional projects in New York City for seven years in a mid size firm before moving to Chicago where he started his own firm. Some of his firm’s recent projects include multiple sports-and-healthcare institutes in Houston and Dallas. Erich grew up in North Carolina before going to undergraduate at Amherst College in Amherst, MA and then received a graduate degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. He was a college athlete and remains a sports enthusiast and still continues to give it a go on the soccer pitch.

Rich Walsh

Rich is an entrepreneurial executive offering 25+ years of experience as a strategic thinker and executor with a history of scaling and driving brand positioning of complex HIT solutions in high growth, competitive, emerging markets. Rich is well-networked with a solid industry reputation as a trusted advisor and brand advocate who continuously diversifies revenue streams via deep insight into competitive landscapes, opportunistic channels and dominant thought leader strategy. Rich lives in Atlanta, GA where he serves a leadership role in AMP’s current market of industrial health and fitness, worker athlete management. 

Steve Doyle

A 30-year tenure in commercial real estate and development has granted Steve a depth and breadth of experience across the full continuum of a real estate transaction. In particular, Steve has an excellent sense for projects where multiple use types and tenants can help each other and the project succeed.
